Gordonsville ABC Store Closed February 1 for Remodeling

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) announced that the Gordonsville ABC store located on South Main Street closed temporarily on February 1 for remodeling. The store will reopen on Saturday, February 13 at 10 a.m.

The Gordonsville store, along with other recently remodeled stores, balances creativity with functionality by considering visual appeal as well as security, maintenance and accessibility for the disabled. Color combinations, ergonomically shaped counters and aesthetically pleasing displays are some of the focal points.

Louisa, Rts 22 & 33, Triangle Plaza Shopping Center

Orange, 538 N. Madison Road, Orange Village Shopping Center

Ruckersville, 8875 Seminole Trail, Country Side Square North Shopping Center

A major source of revenue for Virginia, ABC has contributed more than $1.5 billion to the commonwealth in the last five years. The agency currently operates 334 state stores, and its Bureau of Law Enforcement oversees more than 15,000 ABC licensed establishments. ABC also provides alcohol education and prevention programs to citizens throughout the state. Virginia ABC remains committed to progress and innovation in carrying out its control, service and revenue mission.
