Fredericksburg ABC Store Closed January 16 for Remodeling
The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) announced that the Fredericksburg ABC store located in the Four Mile Fork Shopping Center closed temporarily on January 16 for remodeling. The store will reopen on Monday, February 1 at 10 a.m.
The Fredericksburg store, along with other recently remodeled stores, balances creativity with functionality by considering visual appeal as well as security, maintenance and accessibility for the disabled. Color combinations, ergonomically shaped counters and aesthetically pleasing displays are some of the focal points.

A major source of revenue for Virginia, ABC has contributed more than $1.5 billion to the commonwealth in the last five years. The agency currently operates 334 state stores, and its Bureau of Law Enforcement oversees more than 15,000 ABC licensed establishments.
