Retail Licenses

Retail Licenses allow the sale of alcohol at restaurants, hotels, convenience stores, grocery stores, gourmet shops, delicatessens, and other establishments.

Customers may apply for an ABC Retail License by downloading the application (see below for help with downloads), typing the information into the PDF document and printing, or by printing the application and filling it out by hand. Please be sure to read all instructions on the retail application thoroughly before you begin.

The retail application must be submitted by mail or in person to your ABC Regional Office. (Please note: Retail applications may not be submitted online.)

Applicants are encouraged to contact their ABC Regional Office for additional qualification guidelines before submitting their Retail License application.
