Alcohol Prevention Training Schedule

The Virginia Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control (ABC) coordinates several trainings and conferences each year to enhance public safety and law compliance across the Commonwealth. The trainings are designed to provide strategies to help prevent and reduce underage drinking and to ensure safer communities in Virginia.

Some of the trainings for communities and colleges/universities are funded through a federal grant from the Office of Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention, specifically geared at reducing underage drinking.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

  • Training topics are arranged by the date they will be offered.
  • Directions and training site location information will be e-mailed or mailed to participants.
  • No-shows will be invoiced a fee of $15 for their absence.
  • Lunch is not provided to RSVP and MART participants.
  • Space is limited. Register early!
