Chairman Insley called the staff meeting to order at approximately 10:05 a.m.

Director Wholesale Retail; Barry Wenzig, Director of Finance; Nannette Williams for John Wszelaki, Director Internal Audit; Eddie Wirt, Manager Policy, Planning & Analysis; Linda Phelps, Administrative Assistant; Joan Stromberg, Administrative Assistant.

Absent: John Wszelaki, Director Internal Audit.

Chairman Insley asked for a motion and approval, Commissioner Canada so moved, and the motion carried to approve the October 31, 2011 minutes, as written.
